Client Services Coordinator
Successful customer service requires scrupulous attention to detail. Most of our services involve the processing and management of mountains of documents and data, making the diligent follow through on systems and processes critical.

The Client Services Coordinator is the person responsible for assembling the information associated with each engagement, then overseeing the operational and business follow-up.

Client source materials such as invoices and contracts

Customer Service Records from vendors

Generating Vendor Account Summary Reports

Regular status reporting to client

Compilation of post-engagement reports and documentation

Minimum Professional Requirements:

At least 2 years experience with telecom billing and/or services

At least 2 years experience in a customer service role

Excellent communication skills

Extraordinary process management skills

Strong proficiency with databases, MS Project, MS Excel

Telecom Data Specialist
Prior to auditing, relevant client data must be extracted from contracts, invoices, customer service records and more and compiled in TelAssess' audit analysis applications. The Telecom Data Specialist performs this task using both manual and automated techniques.

Minimum Professional Requirements:

At least 3 years experience with telecom billing

Ability to interpret Customer Service Records for multiple vendors

Knowledge of USOC Data

At least 1 year experience in a customer service role

Extraordinary process management skills

Strong proficiency with databases, MS Project, MS Excel

Sales Agents and Channel Partners
TelAssess continues to expand. As we grow we are adding independent agents and/or channel partners in select markets of the country. Successful candidates will typically be individuals who are currently selling financial or other business services such as insurance, freight tariff evaluation, etc. to "C" level customers. Programs exist for referrals only, reseller channel partners, and for independent agents. We are very selective about the companies and individuals we choose to work with, so if you have a demonstrated ability and are prepared to meet high standards, please contact us.
