Unlike other telemanagement applications, TelAssess offers a choice
of two hosting options. Choose from an ASP format, or host the app behind
your firewall on your servers.

Implementation
is usually just 60-90 days from contract signing to "go live". In tandem
with our technology partners, we arrange for all of the EDI services,
and we work with you to establish your unique business rules. The entire
process of bringing this solution online, including hands-on training,
is fully managed for rapid deployment.
Highly Configurable
All workflows are configured to match your processes. Users are allowed
"role and rule" based access which is defined by their areas of responsibility.
The invoice interface is adaptable to presenting billing data for all
service types and all vendors.
Ongoing
Support and Maintenance
Clients will be assigned a technical and user support team to answer
questions and resolve issues throughout the term of the agreement. Ongoing
maintenance includes application enhancements, USOC table updates and
mapping updates from vendor billing systems.

Architecture
TeleStraight is designed in a 3 layer architecture. Powerful Oracle
relational database technology drives the data management. The application
is written in 100% pure Java. The web-based interface allows users to
access the application from any computer environment.
AP/HR/GL
Integration and Interface
In customer-hosted versions, the application can be integrated directly
with your existing accounting software to provide direct feeds of data
in either direction. In the ASP version, an interface template is designed
that allows for uploading data electronically into your AP and GL systems.
Application
Security
In customer-hosted versions, a VPN Tunnel is established between the
application operations center and the customer hosting location. This
supports the movement of invoice data, maintenance and software updates.
No other external connections to the application are required.
Data
Backups
In customer-hosted versions of the application, all data backups are
performed by the customer. In the ASP version, data is backed up daily
to insure data safety.
