TelAssess succeeds as a result of its no-nonsense approach, and deep domain expertise with telecom billing and services. Led by four seasoned telecom professionals, TelAssess delivers solid results for its customers.

Don brings a 25-year career of successful business operation and customer service to TelAssess. Don has served as VP of Service Operations at BlueBand, a division of MobileForce that created and ran telecommunications workforce management applications. He has founded and led operationally intensive companies in live closed-circuit broadcasting, web conferencing and international event management. Don drives the detailed operational processes that are the hallmark of TelAssess performance.

Leo is a founding partner and our senior telecom cost management expert, with over 25 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Leo heads our team of Billing Engineers (auditors), Network Engineers and Contract Specialists that deliver high-performance expense management solutions to our clients. Leo has seen this industry from both sides of the fence, with background in high-level voice and data design, cost saving analysis and contracting services for both large enterprise and carrier organizations. He is a respected teacher within the telecom industry, leading training programs in both network design and cost management.

Dennis brings over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has served as co-founder and EVP of Sales and Marketing for an international long distance company and co-founder and VP of Product Development for a telecom manufacturer. He has held sales positions with IBM, AT&T, and NCR. He has additional experience in the sale of Customer Relationship Management software and telecom switching systems. Dennis leads the development of TelAssess' national sales channels.

Michael is a CPA/MBA with deep specialization in all aspects of telecommunications financial management. Michael has served as CFO for a national telecommunications company, and has been responsible for cost management, wholesale services, billing systems and internal audit functions, giving him unique insight into the industry issues which challenge our clients.
